Our customers satisfaction is top priority for us here at OvaAfrique Design, if for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at info@ovaafrique.com to receive a return authorization as well as further instructions. We will be happy to accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

To complete your return, it must be done within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

Unfortunately, gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

This policy applies to order(s) shipped by a third-party courier. Ova Afrique Design currently only ships across the globe. Shipping fees to various countries are subject to change based on the time of year or promotional offers of our couriers.

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-5 days. This processing time only refers to the time orders are properly put together and sent out for shipment. This time does not include the shipping time it takes for customers to receive their orders. 

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding Canadian holidays).
