  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If an item you receive is defective or damaged. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email at info@ovaafrique.com

  • Yes, you can return or exchange merchandise. Items must be unworn with no stains and must be returned in the packaging the item came in.

  • Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

     

    OvaAfrique Design reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.

RETURN POLICY

Our customers satisfaction is top priority for us here at OvaAfrique Design, if for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at info@ovaafrique.com to receive a return authorization as well as further instructions. We will be happy to accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

 

To complete your return, it must be done within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

 

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.
